Below are the guidelines for publication submissions. Please eMail your requests and information to:

Guidelines
Calendar Requests
Please make calendar requests 2 to 6 months in advance. eMail Calendar requests to the Communications Coordinator at the address listed above.

Please note:
Calendar Items may require approval prior to initation of event. Please be prepared to provide a written plan of your event, inclusive of any study materials or other supporting documentation, in order to expedite the approval process. 

Website Submissions
Please provide via eMail the following information 6 weeks ahead of your event/ update item:

- Date of Event
- Cost of Event (if any)
- Location of Event
- Description of Event
- Deadline for Enrollment
- Contact Information 

Newsletter Submissions
Newsletter items should be submitted approximately 2 to 3 months ahead of your event. Please provide the same information as required for website submissions. August/ September Newsletter Submission Deadline: July 1, 2007 

Bulletin Submissions
Items for the bulletin should be submitted 4 weeks in advance of your event. Please provide all information noted in the website submission guidelines.
